When I contacted Xfinity, the agent kept saying if I wanted ad-free I would have to pay for it. I kept emphasizing the fact that there are three tiers: 1) Peacock Free - limited selection; 2) Peacock Premium - access to entire library with ads (4.99 per month); 3) Peacock Premium Ad-Free - access to entire library with no ads ($9.99 per month).Gigabit customers were promised two free years of Peacock, but there is no way to activate this free service at the moment.
