GShade is a modded version of ReShade, so it has even more features and is more complex to use. you certainly have DirectX installed or your game wouldn't run (or OpenGL if you have a non-Metal Mac). so in this case, you'd also need to choose DirectX 9 when you install GShade to use with TS4..
